We're going to the zoo zoo zoo!

Saturday we went to the Memphis zoo! The weather was perfect and even Uncle John came along for the ride.  I took so many pictures it was hard to narrow them down so be prepared to be bombarded.  This is Camden's 3rd zoo trip, the first one was when she was 6 months old in Nashville, and last year when Neil was still young we left him with Nana and she got to go by herself.  They did great and I am really glad Marvin talked me into getting the wagon for the kids because it came in really handy!

Here we go!

Neil was terrified of this guy at the front entrance.  He actually moved and made noises and was very realistic. Poor little guy wouldn't be put down for a while after seeing it.

Checking out the lions with Daddy

This one was taking a cat nap.

Camden and Uncle John

Camden couldn't understand why she couldn't pet the meerkats

This play area came in handy especially since one of the resturaunts was right next to it.

A kookaburra!! The kids know the song...

forgot what this was but they were pretty

Having fun with Daddy

Their new obsession is removing bark from trees.  Camden calls this process "barking"

The pandas were so cute!

This guy walked up to the crowd and sat down and put the blanket on his head and just looked at everyone!

He got a little sleepy right before we were through..

And that's it for us!
