Camden Turns 4!

I am really at a loss for words that my sweet precious baby girl is turning 4 today!  It seems like yesterday I was relieved and overwhelmed at getting to finally see her after 9 long months of pregnancy.

Camden has been a joy and a wonderful part of my heart since the day I first laid eyes on her. Everytime I look at her my heart is happy and I could not have dreamed up a more wonderful creation.  She is so precious and her spirit is kind.  I pray everyday that she keeps the love and innocence she has in her life right now.

Christmas Parties at Preschool

Friday the kids had their end of the year class party. Both had a great time and we can't wait for their play next week before the Christmas break.

Family Fun

Sometimes you just need to pack up and have some family time away from everything. So that's what we did. Marvin got off at lunch on Friday and we headed for a hotel with a pool and just had some plain ole fun :) even Aladdin the Elf decided to tag along.

Growing up

Having a baby with a December birthday makes this time of year even that much more special. I was looking back through some pictures from the past 4 years and time is definitely flying by! Love your children and spend as much time as possible while they are little because its not lasting very long!

First Christmas!

Jesse Tree Ornaments

Thankful for Christian friends! My friend Claire sent me the printouts and scripture references for Jesse Tree Ornaments for the kids. It's basically an advent activity that starts with the beginning of the Bible and points to the coming of Christ in chronological order. This teaches children about how everything in the Bible points to Christ and ends at his birth. Since I wasn't prepared this year we are just doing card stock ornaments. Next year I hope to be on top of things in time to do a more permanent version. I can't wait to show them when I get them from school today!

More Santa

The church sent us these pictures from our breakfast with Santa and I has to post them because I loved Neil's expressions!
